The MILTECH 908 is a eight port military-grade managed gigabit Ethernet switch with eight individual MIL-D-38999 connectors. It is compatible with all the newest industry network protocols for redundant link topology, security, multicast and management requirements. Leveraging best-in-class switching technology from Techaya, the MILTECH™ 908 serves as a robust COTS solution for providing local area network (LAN) connectivity to IP-enabled computing and net-centric devices in ground vehicles, naval vessels and harsh facility applications.
Developed specifically for military and harsh ground vehicle applications, it features mechanical packaging enhancements designed for MIL-STD-810F airborne and ground environmental compliance and high reliability. The unit has been especially hardened to improve ingress, impact, and shock/vibration protection, and all moving parts have been eliminated through passive cooling.
